Regardless of how hard athletes train, they must recover equal amounts, if not more! So what is an athlete? An athlete can be defined as a person proficient in sports or other forms of physical exercise.
As athletes work out in any activity, gaining muscle and maximizing their potential is critical. In any area of fitness, how to track that strain and recover is essential because how many times could you wake up feeling good or bad and make a choice, “Oh, I’ll do a one rep max today,” or even “I need another hour of sleep anyways might as well recover” basing it all off of feel?
